Our firm re-signed the American Bar Association’s Wellbeing Pledge in 2021 and has numerous programs and benefits in place to support firm member wellbeing. This includes an Employee Assistance Program, a wellness program through Sharecare that incentivizes healthy choices, and bi-annual wellbeing program series offered each fall and spring. Past programs have covered topics such as substance use, nutrition, improving sleep hygiene, developing resiliency, collaborative work styles, and preparing for returning to the office. The firm is also a member of the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance which provided guidance in the development of our flexible work policy. We provide non-alcoholic drinks all firm events, and have a back-to-work ramp up policy that applies to any attorney returning from an extended leave. |
