Our open door policy encourages employees to speak to any partner or administrator, including the Chief Human Resources Officer or Human Resources Manager, about any matter of special concern.  Any questions about one’s position, wages, hours, employment disputes or anything connected with work can be frankly and fully discussed with any of these individuals. Our Human Resource Department is primarily responsible for handling workplace misconduct.

We have wellness challenges that encourage employees to live a healthy lifestyle. As a firm, we participate and sponsor various community races. Throughout the year there are multiple volunteer opportunities, so one can better themselves while also focusing on our community and pro bono initiatives.
