The Firm provides all full time Associates unlimited vacation time to afford the flexibility to take planned vacations as needed. With unlimited vacation time comes the belief that Associates should take responsibility for managing their own schedules, billable hour goals, collaboration with the Partner(s) and co-workers with whom they work most closely and the communication within their own department/practice group to support one another whenever possible with workloads and client expectations. Additionally, associates are given a client development account, the amount of which is based on length of service. |

Pending eligibililty, we offer pregnancy disability of 10 weeks & 8 weeks of parental leave for the birthing parent, which is 18 weeks paid at 100%. For the non-birthing parent we offer 8 weeks paid at 100% that can be taken in 1 week increments throughout the first year of life. |
