Our benefits include four weeks of vacation, gender neutral new baby care leave, leaves of absence for pro bono fellowships and expanded support services through Care.com. Care.com services include subsidized emergency backup child and adult care, locating long-term child and adult care, Senior Care Planning, HomePay Payroll services for household employees, and Pet sitting.  Access to Care.com services are available at no cost; the employee only pays for the providers that they engage. Additionally, the Firm provides access to Lyra Health; no cost mental health coaching or visits with a therapist.  The Lyra benefit is available to all U.S. benefits-eligible Pillsbury employees, spouses and domestic partners, and dependents under the age of 26.  Lyra can help with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sleep disorders, and other common issues that can be addressed through short-term care services such as therapy, coaching, or self-guided apps.

Pillsbury’s parental leave policy allows male and female attorneys 12 weeks of baby bonding for a newborn, a child placed in the home through foster care, adoption or surrogacy.  Attorneys are allowed to take the time all at once or in 1 week increments within the first year of the baby’s birth or placement in the home.  Attorneys receiving a baby through surrogacy are given an additional 6 weeks of parental leave consistent with a mother giving birth. Lactation support and include milk shipping for breastfeeding mothers traveling away on Firm business
