If yes, to what extent? | The Firm wishes to ensure that associates’ pro bono work is given serious consideration during the annual associate evaluation process. Prior to each evaluation, the Pro Bono Committee requests from each associate a memorandum describing their pro bono activities during the past year. The Pro Bono Committee will then forward these memorandum, along with their comments, as part of the associate evaluation process. Serious consideration to each associate’s pro bono work is given in the evaluation process. Each lawyer in the Firm will be given billable hour credit for time spent on pro bono matters up to fifty hours per year. Additional billable hour credit may be given upon approval. |
