It is the policy of Fox Rothschild LLP to maintain a work environment in which all individuals are treated with dignity and respect. Each individual has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal opportunities and prohibits discriminatory practices, including harassment. Secondly, the Firm strictly prohibits employees, vendors, clients, visitors or anyone else on the Firm premises from acting in a violent or threatening behavior. The Firm seeks to prevent workplace violence before it occurs and reserves the right to respond to behavior that suggests a propensity towards violence prior to any violent behavior occurring. We have additional policies surrounding other forms of workplace misconduct. All reports of harassment, workplace violence or misconduct will be taken seriously and will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. |

Fox Rothschild takes a holistic approach to the promotion of employee well-being. Through our award-winning Fox Fit & Well Program, we offer a comprehensive suite of tools and programs to enable wellness on multiple fronts by offering programs that encourage physical, psychological and financial health. The firm’s partnership with The Vitality Group is the centerpiece of the wellness program and assists our attorneys and staff in establishing personal, achievable goals that they can reach by taking specific wellness steps and following individualized action plans. We provide wellness activities that address physical fitness (tracking steps and gym workouts), mental health (mindfulness, sleep tracking, mental well-being reviews) and prevention (health screenings), in addition to personal health coaching and other services. The firm’s Employee Assistance Program provides additional resources for mental well-being, including one-on-one support from licensed counselors to address personal issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, financial pressures and more. Behavioral health services are also available via online video consultations with mental health professionals. The firm also offers various financial well-being benefits to assist our employees in meeting their financial goals. |
