Federal Clerkship Bonus: $25,000 for those joining the firm directly following a federal clerkship (for one year of clerkship credit only)

Signing Bonus: $10,000 for those entry-level associates who come through our Summer Associate Program. Entry-level associates also receive bar exam/review reimbursement.

Objective Bonus: starts at $30,000 for 2,000 hours. Subjective Bonus: varies - based on Practice Group input.

An Associate or Of Counsel Attorney requiring a parental leave of absence shall request the leave of absence in accordance with the Family Medical Leave Policy. These benefits are to run concurrently with those the Firm is required to provide under the FMLA or the Americans with Disabilities Act and apply to all qualifying and non-qualifying leaves of absence. Paid Parental Leave is available as set forth below where a
leave of absence is necessary for the birth of a child, to care for a newborn child, or for legitimate medical reason or serious complications relating to pregnancy. 

After one year at the firm, attorneys receive 12 weeks of parental leave in a 12-month period (measured backward from the date of leave).
