Our pro bono work takes many forms, including partnering with various legal services entities; court appointments; adoptions; guardianships; representing nonprofits and entrepreneurs; and offering legal services through our anti-human trafficking clinic. In 2020, we launched the Communities for Change initiative focused on assisting minority-owned small businesses and minority entrepreneurs. The firm is a member of the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance. In 2022, we created a new position to coordinate our civil rights cases.
