Jones Day has a New Lawyers Group instead of a rotation system. The Group was formed in 1982 to provide our newest lawyers with exposure to different practice areas and lawyering styles before making a commitment to a specific practice. All lawyers joining our domestic (and certain non-U.S.) offices from law school become members of the New Lawyers Group for 7-12 months before joining a practice. New Lawyers are evaluated semi-annually. |
