For entry-level associates, the firm pays relocation expenses. Entry-level associates also receive payment of a bar review course and exam fees and a $10,000 stipend to cover living costs during the exam. In addition, an interest-free loan is available. We offer summer associates who join us for the full 10-week program during their 1L and 2L years an additional $2,500 per week during their 10-week 2L summer (for a total of $25,000 after 10 weeks), in recognition of their commitment to the Firm and our values. |

In the case of a newly born child, the Firm provides 10 weeks of paid family leave and six weeks of unpaid family leave. This leave is provided to all parents, regardless of caregiver status. For birth parents, the Firm also provides eight weeks of paid disability leave under the Firm’s Short Term Disability policy. In the case of a newly adopted child, the Firm provides parents 18 weeks of paid family leave and six weeks of unpaid family leave. This leave is provided to all parents, regardless of caregiver status. For lawyers who have a child with a serious illness or medical condition which necessitates the lawyer’s absence from the office to care for the child, the Firm also provides four weeks of paid family leave. |
