Any employee who believes they have been the subject of employment discrimination or harassment as prohibited by these policies or any employee who has knowledge of possible discrimination or harassment against another is required to report the matter promptly. Subsequent to an investigation, Wiley Rein will take prompt action to remedy any employment discrimination, stop any harassment discovered and prevent any reoccurrence. Wiley Rein will take disciplinary action as appropriate. The results of the investigation and any disciplinary action taken will be reported promptly to the complainant. |
