Wiley’s flexible work policy involves a hybrid approach to work, which includes flexibility to work in the office and in a remote location. 

Attorneys may work up to 50% of their time remotely outside of the office and the remaining time on-site, typically two or three days in the office each week. Attorneys will design a weekday schedule that suits them best. Attorneys are also eligible for up to two non-consecutive “remote weeks” per year, where they may work remotely from an alternate remote location without using leave time.
