The firm provides attorneys and advisors 100% paid parental leave to care for newborns and adopted children. Parental Leave may include short-term disability, childcare leave and/or adoption leave.

Attorneys and advisors may apply for leave under the firm’s policies as primary or secondary care givers and may be paid up to eighteen (18) weeks following the birth of a child, or upon the initial placement or legal adoption of a child.
