McGuireWoods offers a variety of well-being programs. We offer Health Advocate, which is a resource to assist employees in navigating the health care system, from referrals to appeals. The service is available to employees and their families including parents. Health Advocate also offers behavioral health counseling. Access to a licensed master’s level clinician is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We offer health improvement programs through CIGNA, our health carrier, and we also offer Peerfit giving employees monthly credits that they can spend on in-person or virtual fitness classes.
Finally, we provide employees with access to SmartDollar, a financial well-being program.
