Our firm re-signed the American Bar Association’s Wellbeing Pledge in 2022 and has numerous programs and benefits in place to support firm member wellbeing. This includes an Employee Assistance Program, a wellness program through Sharecare that incentivizes healthy choices, and wellbeing webinars offered throughout the year. Past webinars have covered topics such as nutrition, suicide prevention and awareness, developing resiliency, processing grief, and purposeful new year’s resolutions. The firm also offers all firm members and their dependents a subscription to the Calm app. New this year, the firm launched a coaching initiative which provides all firm members access to 24, 30-minute confidential sessions with a clinically-trained coach to discuss a variety of topics including anxiety, substance use, and work-life balance. We provide non-alcoholic drinks all firm events, and have a back-to-work ramp up policy that applies to any attorney returning from an extended leave. |
