Associates are eligible for annual, year-end bonuses.
Associates who pass the exam and are admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) either prior to joining Robins Kaplan or during their tenure are eligible to receive a one-time $50,000 bonus.
Lawyers who join Robins Kaplan immediately upon completion of at least a one-year district court or appellate federal clerkship may now be eligible to receive a $100,000 bonus. Robins Kaplan will also offer credit towards partnership consideration for eligible clerkships.

In addition to ten-weeks paid parental leave for parents of any gender, birth mothers are eligible for medical leave, which generally results in a total of 16-18 paid weeks. Attorneys returning from a parental leave of at least six weeks may transition back to work by increasing the intensity of their practice on a reasonable schedule with no decrease in compensation. Parental leave policies apply to both adoptive and birth parents.
