The Firm provides paid leave associated with the birth of an employee’s child or the placement of a child with the employee through adoption. All eligible employees will receive six (6) weeks of paid parental leave with benefits for the care of a newly born or adopted child. When applicable, additional leave will be covered under the Firm’s short-term disability plan, but for no more than a combined total of twelve (12) weeks of paid parental leave plus disability leave.  Parental leave enables eligible employees to take time off from work within one (1) year of a child’s birth or adoption.
