We have office administrators, HR staff, and a dedicated professional responsibility attorney committee that addresses any workplace disputes or misconduct brought forward. At Spencer Fane, we aim to hold ourselves and each other accountable in this regard in order to maintain the safest and most enjoyable work environment possible. |

All new hires regardless of role complete professional responsibility training during orientation. Contracted individuals sign a non-dsclosure agreement upon joining the firm. All firm members, past and present, are expected to treat firm and client information as confidential. |
