Wiley’s flexible work policy involves a hybrid approach to work, which includes flexibility to work in the office and in a remote location. 

Attorneys may work up to 50% of their time remotely outside of the office and the remaining time on-site, typically two or three days in the office each week. Attorneys will design a weekday schedule that suits them best. Attorneys are also eligible for up to two non-consecutive “remote weeks” per year, where they may work remotely from an alternate remote location without using leave time.

Practice attorneys and Special Counsel are generally not eligible for further promotion, but are eligible to receive bonuses based on financial metrics including billable hours.

Training programs, benefits, and opportunities for pro bono work that are available to non-traditional track attorneys are the same as those offered to associates at the firm.
