The firm and its personnel must, at all times, comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding its business and business practices. The Firm will not condone activities of personnel who violate the law or engage in unethical business dealings or practices.

Please describe any well-being initiatives or programs at your firm

Husch Blackwell LLP offers a robust wellness program called Total Health, supporting attorneys, paralegals, and staff in their wellness journey.  Services include well-being programs, health coaching, ergonomic evaluations, meditation sessions, subsidies, incentives, challenges, and programming during the Well-Being Week in Law.  Husch Blackwell also hosted a two-week initiative on mental health in October 2021, offering presentations on anxiety, depression, and substance abuse disorder.

In addition, the firm partners with the medical plan, offering the Employee Assistance Program to all partners and employees and anyone who lives in their household.  Husch Blackwell offers a flexible work environment with access to virtual and onsite health services and programs.

Alumni Program Goal
Husch Blackwell's Alumni Program aims to maintain strong and collegial working relationships with attorney alumni – and to support them and their careers in meaningful ways after they leave the firm. We want our alumni to serve as brand ambassadors by promoting the Husch Blackwell name.

Mission Statement
The Husch Blackwell Alumni Program aspires to be the primary connection between Husch Blackwell and its family of alumni across the country. This program encourages alumni to stay connected and serve as advocates for the firm. We’ll foster a mutually beneficial relationship by supporting regular communication and programming in order to strengthen alumni bonds of fellowship and professional association.
