Lawyer and summer compensation are determined by office/market. Effective January 2022, entry-level compensation is as follows: $200,000 starting salary in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Oakland and Washington, DC; $170,000 in Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Providence, and St. Louis; and $130,000 in Chattanooga, Jefferson City, Omaha and Springfield. Summer associate compensation for 2022 will be $3,845 per week in Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Oakland and Washington, DC; $3,265 per week in Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Providence, and St. Louis; and $2,500 per week in Chattanooga, Jefferson City, Omaha and Springfield. Husch Blackwell also provides a summer study stipend, reimbursement for the bar exam and a bar review course as well as moving expenses for those relocating 60+ miles. |
