We coordinate diversity partnerships/fellowships with clients, offer programming and leadership development opportunities within our Vorys Diversity Network (VDN) and Vorys Women's Network (VWN), participate in programming offered by local and national organizations (i.e. WELD, YWCA, OWBA/OWBF, LCLD, JMLBA, local bar associations, etc.), host internal discussions and client panels, support attorney participation in leadership opportunities within their communities.

Vorys is Mansfield Rule certified.  The Mansfield Rule measures whether law firms have affirmatively considered at least 30% women, lawyers of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, senior lateral positions, and formal client pitch opportunities. The goal of the Mansfield Rule is to improve the representation of diverse lawyers in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of candidates considered for these opportunities.

• Vorys Women's Network — The women's network is focused on the development, retention and advancement of women attorneys at Vorys. Each office has formed its own women’s network group under the umbrella of the firm-wide group. The Women's Network hosts an annual Women's Summit and the groups meet collectively on a quarterly basis and cover topics such as career development, client development, networking, mentoring, leadership, and community involvement.

• Vorys Diverse Attorney Network is focused on the development, retention and advancement of diverse attorneys at Vorys. Vorys hosts an annual Diversity & Inclusion summit to provide fellowship, development, networking and mentoring opportunities to diverse lawyers and access to firm and community leaders.
