In addition to the benefits selected above, McGuireWoods also offers associates concierge services, back-up child/elder care coverage, virtual child care and adoption expense reimbursement up to $5,000 per child. The firm pays for a bar exam review course and exam fees as well as bar membership dues and relocation expenses. McGuireWoods also offers entry-level associates a one-time bar study stipend.

McGuireWoods offers extremely generous paid parental and adoption leave to associates: 18 weeks paid leave for primary caregiver and 6 weeks for secondary caregiver. We also employ a reduced-hour phase-in period upon returning to work from parental leave.
