Eight weeks for all employees and an additional six to eight weeks of short-term disability after childbirth, for a maximum of 14 weeks.
Policy also includes a ramp down and ramp up period of reduced hours expectation in the period before and after a certified FMLA leave of six weeks or more to allow for a smooth transition to and from leave.
In addition to the above mentioned benefits, the firm offers a parental support program that includes online mindful return courses, milk shipping, mother's room, etc.
