The firm pays bar review fees and moving expenses via a pre-employment bonus of $5,000 paid to incoming associates, which is included in the entry-level compensation figure. The firm also pays Florida and local Bar Association dues, CLE seminar costs, and select other community organization dues. Also, the firm maintains a standard group benefit package for all employees. The firm historically makes an annual contribution to the profit sharing plan for all attorneys. The firm provides a 401(k) plan, cafeteria plan, and HSA plan. The firm also has a competitive maternity/paternity leave policy.
