Associates may receive up to 150 hours of billable credit from experiential hours, which can consist of any combination of pro bono hours, up to 50 training hours, up to 20 diversity, equity, and inclusion hours, and up to 60 bar study hours.  An associate can also seek approval from the Managing Partner to receive billable credit for a single pro bono matter that may exceed the experiential hours limit.
