We have a gender-neutral parental level policy: attorneys who have been employed by the Firm for at least six months will be allowed up to twelve weeks of paid parental leave for the birth, adoption or placement of a child. Non-partner attorneys may additionally be eligible for short term disability leave for childbirth.
