Firm diversity committee

Stradley continues to make great strides towards ensuring that its attorneys are as diverse as the clients we serve and the communities in which we live. In 2020, we were proud to welcome a summer class in which 73% of our summer associates identified as diverse. This year, we are thrilled to welcome a summer associate class in which 71% identify as diverse.

This is a direct result of the diversity recruiting plan put into place by out Hiring Committee and Diversity Committee that requires our recruiters to become experts on diversity issues and to be prepared to speak to our diverse candidates in a thoughtful and knowledgeable manner
