A 401(k) plan allowing pre-tax deferrals after one year of service with a discretionary firm contribution after two years of employment.

The firm pays for general membership dues for the American Bar Association and Delaware State Bar Association. We also reimburse all fees related to the Delaware bar exam, registration and bar review courses. Additionally, the firm provides a $10,000 stipend for entry level associates who begin their employment with the firm in the fall after taking the Delaware bar exam.

An Employee Assistance Program is provided at no cost to associates or dependents. Benefits begin after 90 days. Associates can participate in a flexible spending account (pre-tax deferrals) for certain dependent care expenses, unreimbursed medical expenses, and parking expenses. The firm also provides life/AD&D insurance for each associate. Associates can also purchase supplemental life insurance. The firm pays the full cost of individual coverage for medical insurance and dental insurance. If the attorney elects spouse and/or dependent coverage, the attorney is responsible for a portion of the total cost. Benefits begin on the 1st day of the month after date of hire.

The firm permits parental leave under various circumstances, including disability leave as well as paid and unpaid childcare leave. We also offer paid vacation time to associates.
