When possible, Ballard Spahr follows law school recruiting guidelines if applicable. In the absence of law school guidelines, Ballard Spahr's guidlines provide the following timelines for offer decisions:

- 2L offers will remain open for 14 days following the date of the offer letter.

- 1L offers will remain open for one week following the date of the offer letter.

The January 15th deadline typically applies to all 1L Diversity Fellowship programs, but students should check individual job postings, as some deadlines may differ.  Applications for all other posted 1L positions are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.  Students are encouraged to apply and to submit transcripts as early as possible.
