First year law students who are members of groups that are historically underrepresented in the legal profession are welcome to apply to the Fox Rothschild 1L Diversity Fellowship Program. Fellowship applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • A 1L full-time or a 2L part-time law student in good standing at an ABA-accredited law school.
  • A member of one of the underrepresented racial/ethnic groups recognized by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, a member of the LGBTQ community, an individual with a disability, and/or a military veteran.

1L Diversity Fellowship Program applicants are required to include their advanced degree and/or undergraduate transcripts, a personal statement and writing sample in addition to the standard application materials.
