Fox Rothschild provides up to eight weeks of paid parental leave to Associates, Counsel, and Income Partners following the birth of an attorney’s child or the placement of a child with an attorney in connection with adoption, surrogacy, or foster care.  In the event of a female attorney who herself has given birth, the eight weeks of paid parental leave will generally commence at the conclusion of the Firm’s paid short-term disability/maternity leave benefit provided to the attorney (up to twelve weeks).   Attorneys must be employed by the Firm for at least twelve months as a full or part-time regular attorney to be eligible for these benefits.  Both the parental leave and the short-term disability/maternity leave benefits are compensated at 100%.
