Please describe any other alternative work arrangements: In 2017, the firm launched an Agile Work Policy for lawyers. Agile work arrangements allow lawyers to work remotely on a regular basis either on a set schedule or based on a set amount of days per week. The firm provides technology and select home office equipment that enables associates and counsel to have very similar home office and work office set ups.
