Parental leave or family care policy

Comments The firm provides two types of paid parental leave: First, Paid Primary Caregiver Parental Leave of fourteen (14) weeks is available to any legal personnel (male or female) who becomes a parent by birth or adoption. The person taking this leave must be the child's primary caregiver, and the leave should begin and conclude during the first seven (7) months following the birth or adoption of the child. Second, a Paid Child Care Leave of four (4) weeks, in addition to any period of Paid Primary Caregiver Leave for which the individual may have been eligible, will be available to an individual following the birth or adoption of a child by such individual or by the spouse or domestic partner of such individual.
