For more than 25 years, legal employers have relied on NALP Forms to tell the story of their organization to law students and lateral candidates. The NALP Form includes information on the organization's practice areas, demographics, hiring criteria, starting salaries, hours, benefits, and other valuable data. The Forms are used for two purposes: (1) to send to law schools at which the employer recruits; and (2) to compile the NALP Directory of Legal Employers.
The NALP Directory is one of the most widely used recruitment tools in the legal profession. Published both in print and on-line, it includes NALP Form information for more than 1,500 legal employers.
